Promenade des anglais. Amazing sea view. 3bedrooms

Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Charming, bright and airy condo on the 2nd floor (US) in a historical Niçois building overlooking Massena square in the heart of the city and short walk to everything. The unit is fully renovated and offers high ceilings, wooden floors and large windows. Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

With its large sunny terrace facing the sea and the port, this typically quiet Niçoise apartment will surely charm you. A stone's throw from the castle hill (and its beautiful view of the Bay of Angels), beaches, Old Nice and the flower market Direct access by tram 2 (Port Lympia terminus) from the airport or tram 1 from the train station (Garibaldi).

Beautiful and spacious 2 room apartment, tastefully renovated, new and equipped, just a short walk to the sea, behind the Hotel Negresco. It is close to shops, restaurants, 5 min from the pedestrian area, cinema, bus. The train station is 15min walk and the airport 20min by bus. The apartment offers many assets - large dressing room, linen - a large 160x200 bed - fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster)
