Large Spacious house close to station

My place is large and spacious with plenty of space for both families with children and large groups. There is a lovely garden with trampoline, swings, football goal and terrace with gas grill. There is a short distance t Dyssegård St. (About 500 m) where you can get to the inner city in 14 min. There is also the possibility of walking and running out in Dyssegårdsparken, where there is also a lovely playground as well as outdoor fitness. In 5 minitters walk you can reach Søborg main street where there is a choice of shops and restaurants.

Ground floor apartment with courtyard

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Here is access to private courtyard and access to beautiful communal courtyard, where there is a large swimming pool and a pool for children. Note The pool is closed due to renovation in the autumn of 2024. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed (can be removed), a room with a junior bed and a folding mattress for child no. 2. There is also a large sofa where you can sleep one or two. The apartment is close to the beach, s train station and metro station.

Stunning Villa with Heated Pool & Spa

Great opportunity to enjoy yourself inside and out with the whole family. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, sofa arrangement, dining table, lounge furniture, gym and swimming pool + spa. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa 38, so whatever the weather, you can enjoy hours. Inside, there's plenty of room to play, cozy up, or watch a good movie in the large open kitchen and living room area. Three rooms on the ground floor and in addition room + crearum and dressing area on the ground floor.

Possible to park 1 car for free in the basement. Companies, other guests and parties are not allowed in this apartment. Master bedroom bed 180x200cm. Children's room bed 90x200cm (max 70 kg). Is a bunk bed which means that the guest who will be sleeping in this bed must be at least 8 years old. 1 master bathroom with shower & 1 guest toilet.

Romantic villa with pizzaoven

Our villa is big, 260kvm, with a wonderful garden. We have 5 rooms on the first floor, four with a loft. Three beds are at the loft. Groundfloor has a kitchen, dining room, livingroom and an extra living room with chess and backgammon. The basement has a huge bedroom with direct access to the garden, and a punchingbag and rowingmachine. The garden has a playhouse in a tree and a saltwater pool (in the warm summers). Lots of fruits and vegetables. We have a dog, budgies, tortoises and chickens.

Charming house w. pool close to Copenhagen & beach

This lovely house is from year 1900 and has been with the family for 5 generations. It is located on a closed quiet road 15 minutes from Copenhagen and right next to both the beach and the forest. It is 180 m2 and has a historic touch with high panes and high ceilings. The garden is completely redone and has a great big terrace and beautiful florals. Also, the basement has been totally refurbished. The public bus can take you to all Copenhagen tourist attractions in 15-20 minutes.

Bright cozy room in Bagsværd/Søborg

The room is equipped with a double bed and a storage cupboard . Centrally located with the train station and bus stops in close proximity as well as shops and eateries. It takes approximately 30 mins to the city centre by train. DTU, Novo Nordisk and the bagsvaerd lake are also very close. The place is ideal for sleep overs , city tours , longer stays and business travel.
