Copenhagen - Lovely bright apartment

Beautiful bright living room / 1st floor apartment of 100 m2, with a lovely sunny balcony. The apartment is located in the charming beach town of Hellerup, where you will find many unique shops and cozy cafes. The apartment is close to Bernstorffsvej S-tog station - about 15 minutes to Copenhagen city center. In addition, connection north to, among other places, Louisiana and Helsingør. The apartment is an older, private residence where I live on a daily basis with my two teenage boys, so don't expect 'hotel cleaning' - but rather a charming private home.

Nice warm apartment you have for yourselves with mini kitchen, bathroom and lovely bed with down duvets. Private entrance. Nice environment. Wifi and TV. Extra small cozy living room with radio. I will be at your disposal for any questions. There's plenty of room for your stuff. Including bed linen/towels. Large selection of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and specialty stores + best ice cream parlor :) 10 min. walk to Dyssegård St., train to the city center, 15 min. Bus 6A (3 min.) to the city center, 20-25 min. Note: Ceiling height 190 cm.

Cozy room with private entrance

The room is simple and brightly decorated, with a sofa, table, good chairs and a double bed. And views of the garden. A hallway leads to rooms with wardrobe as well as microwave, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, etc. which are only for tenants of the room. And from here on to the bathroom and toilet, which are only used by tenants. The area is a 10-minute walk to the S-train and bus to Copenhagen with culture and shopping, North Zealand, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Walking experiences in nature in Dyrehaven, nearby parks and by the sea and beach.

You will immediately feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

Spacious & newly renovated apartment in lower part of villa, close to beaches and the Copenhagen tourist attractions. The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, living room with couch, TV and dining table, a large bedroom with TV, sleeping up to 4 guests (a 5th childbed on mattress can be provided), and small kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, coffemachine, electric kettle, plates, glasses etc). Bedring faces the garden and is quiet. Guests not allowed, nor music >10 pm. Min age of adults 28.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.
