Den er velegnet til det voksne publikum da området er stille. there is acces to hot water

Der er grønne områder meget tæt på, store parker og Dyrehaven med Forlystelsesparken “ Bakken” nås på 10 min. gang. 5 min i bil til stranden. Ønsker i kultur er museet Ordrupgaard tæt på. Egnet til max 4 voksne, dog 5 hvis det er børn.

Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Centrally located in Charlottenlund, this 1-bedroom apartment of 42 sqm has an unobstructed view to the east, over Ordrup Park. 5 min to the two main shopping streets in Charll, 10 min to the station and another 15 min, you will be in the center of Copenhagen. Close to forest and beach, Charlottenlund Forest, Dyrehaven etc. The bed is 160x200 cm and is a new Dunlopillo bed, with a large double duvet. PPS: And of course, no smoking in my apartment. I don't know where else to write it :)

There are shopping and restaurant options within cycling and walking distance. Please note that we have a very friendly dog that can be in the garden when we are home
