In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. Popular beaches Svanemøllen and Nordhavn beach are within 10 minutes' drive. From July 6 to August 3, the house is rented out 1 week at a time, from Saturday to Saturday.

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. In our house, you can relax in the living rooms, have breakfast on the veranda, and grill in the southwest-facing garden. Lovely newly renovated house close to the city center and metro station, and only two km to the beach. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is new, and there is a high level of order and cleanliness. We travel a lot ourselves and know what it takes to be a good host. :-) Bonus: The pool is about 3.2 x 7.5 meters. The chemicals are in order, but there is no pool boy, so guests must remove any leaves and insects themselves :-)
