Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen. Ein öffentliches Naturfreibad, ein Kneippbecken nebenan erfrischen ihren Urlaub. I speak english. Welcome!

Frisch renoviertes Apartement, liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, ein Mix aus Space Age und Minimalismus. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
