Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooking the castle Hohenschwangau. In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike rides start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km from the apartment, while Füssen is 4.2 km away.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Cozy apartment, dream view of the lake and mountains

Wake up with a view of the Allgäu mountains and Zugspitze, over which the morning sun turns the sky red. Breakfast overlooking Lake Weissensee. In the afternoon, relax on the cozy sofa from the hike to the walkable Falkenstein, Germany's highest castle ruin, from the ski trip to the nearby Tannheimer Valley, from the visit to King Ludwig II at Neuschwanstein Castle or from the day of swimming at Lake Weissensee, which awaits with clear alpine water just a five-minute walk away. I live in Berlin. This apartment used to be mine and is located in my parents’ house in Schwangau. I currently manage the rental for my parents. They live on site, and I take care of the Airbnb management for them :) Important: Please do not book this accommodation if high-speed Wi-Fi is important to you. The Wi-Fi is unfortunately not very fast. Instead, put your phone away and enjoy the nature, the surroundings, and especially the beautiful view! :)

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.

Experience the Riviera of the Allgäu in this modern apartment with mountain views. The accommodation is very quiet and within walking distance of Lake Hopfen. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
