It is the perfect base to experience the beautiful nature around the Castles as well as the Old town of Füssen, in particular if you like to do everything by foot or bike. My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for hiking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful bathing lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural events. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached, and undisturbed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The cozy Füssen Old Town with numerous restaurants and cafes is about a 15 minutes. Lake Forggensee and the Festspielhaus are a 10-minute walk away (distance a good 500 m). Biking, hiking and cross-country trails are very close and invite you to explore nature.

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the third floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.

"Small but nice" living at Hopfensee, quiet location

Experience the Allgäu Riviera in this modernly equipped apartment overlooking the mountains. The accommodation is very quiet and within walking distance of Lake Hopfen. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also quickly reach the mountains.
