Das Wohnhaus befindet sich an der Straße in einer 30er Zone. Mit ein wenig Verkehrslärm muss man rechnen. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 5 Minuten nach Fürth in die Innenstadt, nach Nürnberg braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist wirklich klein! Ca. 18 qm Wohnfläche! Bei 2 Personen schon ein wenig eng!
