Recently renovated 60 square meters situated in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently connected to public transport. The tram station is not more than 5 minutes away on foot. It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

Lovely wide sofa bed

The room is equipped with a fridge and TV. WLAN is available as well as a balcony door to access the balcony.Since the room in the apartment is where the host also lives , there are private things in the room with the sofa bed. Every now and then, as a host, I have to go into the room to get my personal belongings. There is a large leisure pool nearby with many sauna landscapes. ( Palm - Beach ) approx. 1 km is a large shopping center was only opened in 2015.

in a large lovely appartment in an old building in the district of Schoppershof. Directly seated to subway line to city center, main railway station and airport. We are a couple with an adult son and look forward to meeting new and pleasant people.
