Flat - Central and Quiet

Recently renovated 60 square meters situated in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently connected to public transport. The tram station is not more than 5 minutes away on foot. It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

Art Room for 1-2 people

As I moved recently, the photos are still from my last apartment but the room and apartment are very similar! (Hope to update soon!) This sunny room is otherwise used for creating artwork! You will see work from professionals & hobby painters. Framed pictures, cards & prints available! Lovely wide sofa bed

The room is equipped with a fridge and TV. WLAN is available as well as a balcony door to access the balcony.Since the room in the apartment is where the host also lives , there are private things in the room with the sofa bed. Every now and then, as a host, I have to go into the room to get my personal belongings. There is a large leisure pool nearby with many sauna landscapes. ( Palm - Beach ) approx. 1 km is a large shopping center was only opened in 2015.

cool apartment in a cool house with super neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, a bedroom and a dressing room in which a sofa to unfold is ... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is with the subway 20 minutes .. and the fridge is filled on arrival with beer and snacks 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything..
