Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Cute little 1-room apartment

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Quiet and bright apartment in the hiking paradise of Samerberg. Dream location in the countryside, surrounded by meadows, forests and fields. Hiking, swimming, cycling and much more. Close to the Samerberger Filze natural pool, Lake Chiemsee and mountains. Very suitable for bike friends (Samerberg Bike Park) - hikers (Hochries, Heuberg, Kampenwand, Wendelstein...). The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.
