Ensuite master bath has separate shower and Jacuzzi. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz countertops and all new appliances in the fully stocked kitchen. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants. Amazing location and perfect comfort for relaxing! Take a ride on the beach with the provided bikes. 2 parking spots.

The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. There is a king size deluxe bed in main bedroom, as well as a queen pullout sofa and two accent chairs in living room. There is a 50" smart TV in living room. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor).

Balcony faces West with beautiful sunsets. Wonderful neighbors on either side who will chat or let you be … your choice. Large monitor with desk in bedroom that has docking station for your laptop and WiFi. Migun Massage Bed available for use in bedroom. Folly has a laid back vibe, Caribbean feel and lots of outside dining.

It’s a .75 walk to the sand so it’s easy to walk, or ride to the beachfront. It’s only a quick 8 miles into downtown Charleston. You will have 2 dedicated, covered parking places. Building does has an elevator. We are a smoke free/pet free rental. New in 2024: updated kitchen cabinets.
