Caves Beach Garden Haven

Relax in beautiful Caves Beach in our quiet self contained unit in a garden setting. Our unit has bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette/dining/lounge, also includes the use of the laundry. There is the choice of the patrolled Caves Beach, the sheltered Spoon Rocks, only minutes walk away, or the wilder Pinny's Beach on a coastal trail. Sydney is about an hour and a half away. This a guest unit downstairs in our house, We are available to help but otherwise give you privacy. Parking is on the Street

Palm Cottage is located close to the lake and is a great base to explore vineyards, mountains, beaches, the city of Newcastle and so much more. Spacious open plan accommodation, 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette, 2 living areas, dining area and indoor/outdoor sitting areas and WiFi. Laundry is available on request. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Although small it has everything you need, located in unit block on first floor next to the Orana Hotel, Great for a woodfired pizza or cold beer. Walking distance to local beaches, freshly painted throughout with new air-conditioner full-size washing machine full-size fridge and full-size stove. This property is great for short-term working accommodation or a quick overnight stay during a long trip

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
