All stone completely renovated with owned land. On the ground floor, a large room with a large fireplace, living room with dining and cooking area, bathroom and storage room. On the first floor, a single room for bedroom use. IMPORTANT: The cabin, being in the mountain pasture area, must be reached for the last stretch on foot with a path for about 10 minutes.

Pertinence of a manor house, recently renovated, autonomous, immersed in the green of the hills at 450 meters, near the village square with Lake Iseo and Sarnico 7 km away, airport 30 km away. The south exposure makes spring and autumn special with the outdoor area and nature that express their utmost. Great on the stiff but sunny winter days and if the weather is bad the fireplace is of company. The summer heat is attenuated by the greenery and the evening breeze.
