A large, luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the nature reserve and the Alps. Large groups and parties are welcome - we do not have loud noise limitations. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. Apartment in a 250-year-old farmhouse at an altitude of around 1,100 meters with a spacious terrace, garden and sauna. It extends over (the upper) three floors and has around 80 m2. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

Our apartment (about 50 square meters) is located on the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is on ground floor. As a host, I use the extra entrance in the basement.
