There is a double bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as a living area with sleeping function. It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
