Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Neben 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer, einer modernen Küche, einem Badezimmer und einer Gästetoilette, gibt es noch einen kleinen Garten inkl. Terrassenbereich, sowie 2 PKW-Stellplätze. Alle Räume sind eben und auch mit einem Rollstuhl gut erreichbar. Freies W-Lan, 2 LED-TV´s mit Netflix und Prime Video stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

The terraced house in the country house style was furnished with a lot of love and of very high quality. Mostly solid wood furniture "Made in Germany or Austria," first-class mattresses and bedding. Read a book from the small library, relax in the private garden, enjoy HD satellite TV with the SAMSUNG 55" Curve TV, or end the day by the fireplace. The first floor has underfloor heating, pleated fabric on each window and electric shutters. Coffee (fully automatic) and tea included.

In consultation, 3 people are also possible (sleeping place 3 then in the living room on the couch). Walking distance to Sanssouci Castle and Brandenburger Strasse as well as many restaurants and shopping. There is also a public sports field nearby for basketball and football. Sandbox for toddlers in the farmhouse.

Our Apartment 7 has a comfortable sofa with a large flat screen TV and an integrated dining area with four seats ready for you. Next to it is the sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00 m bed with a high-quality 25 cm high intervertebral disc spring mattress for maximum sleeping comfort) including a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and a washer-dryer. You can take care of your physical well-being in the fully equipped kitchen.

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.
