A cozy attic apartment awaits you in the heart of the small town of Esens, on the North Sea. Right at the foot of St. Magnus Church, it is only about 1 minute to the marketplace and pedestrian zone. The apartment was renovated in summer 2020 and has an open floor plan with modern furnishings and a huge roof terrace. A parking space is right outside the front door. You share the hallway with the commercial unit on the ground floor.

The studio (little sister of the apartment ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

A private electric gate leads to the property. There are many corners and small huts to discover on the premises. The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend community. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings, and very well equipped. It's heavenly there at any time of year and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
