The south terrace offers a picturesque view of the garden with beech and hydrangeas. It is about a 1 km walk to the sea and the village. In the village there are bakeries, a supermarket and cafes/restaurants.

Welcome to our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Through the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view of the field. Everything seems wonderfully relaxing.

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
