The bright and friendly first floor apartment is located in a three-family house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, combined kitchen/living room, living room and terrace with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. The living room is equipped with an extra bed and stereo. Each room has a TV. Bicycles can be used free of charge.

Then you relax on the terrace overlooking the countryside and feast 'heaven and hell' baked by the Bäckerei Schönstetter. After a wonderful sleep in the box spring bed, you can pamper yourself in the breakfast cafe across the street. ;))

Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.

Our house is very quiet on the edge of the forest . The house has a large garden with garden pond. We offer a well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with balcony to the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TV, a bathroom and a large loggia. Cozy seating and a hammock invite you to relax. Parking right at your doorstep. The price is for two people. In summer, countless roses bloom in our natural garden.

The cozy newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
