The city center, Schlossgarten and Burgberg can be reached within minutes by foot. Bus and train station are within walking distance, as well as Kaufland, many cafes and restaurants.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. In the middle of a historic farm complex surrounded by vegetable farmers and yet in the middle of the city triangle of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, you can experience the metropolitan region directly. Two bus stops and parking spaces are right outside the door. Numerous cycling and hiking trails open up the surroundings. The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

The apartment is in house no. 5 ! The ground floor apartment has 35 square meters and is built in a townhouse in 1949, it has plank floors. There are 2 rooms with a passage to a small kitchen, which separately has a wet room (shower + sink). The toilet for the rooms is located in the entrance area. The kitchen area was the place where my grandfather really built violins.
