Cycling and walking trails allow you to explore the "Tuscany of the Palatinate."

Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. Upon your arrival, freshly made beds await you - fresh towels are also ready for you. The apartment was completely newly renovated and refurbished in 2018 (new bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, etc.). Our apartment with approximately 100 m² is particularly suitable for families /couples and business travelers. Thanks to the excellent connection to the A650 highway, you can reach Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim or Heidelberg in a few minutes by car.

The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.
