Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparation is possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centres are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians approx. 5 min., University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Landau. In a house built in 1904, central and in the middle of Landau, you can expect 2 rooms, kitchenette, as well as a shower room. The apartment was newly renovated and newly furnished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental from the neighbor. A parking space is in the immediate vicinity. Arrive, drop and enjoy the flair of the South Palatinate and nearby Alsace...

Wunderschön gelegene ca. 100m² 2021 neu sanierte, sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung im EG eines freistehenden Dreifamilienhauses im Herzen Landaus. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the Koch wine pavilion and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and toddlers are welcome. 😊Shopping is 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and child-friendly. Outdoor pool very close!

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate.
