Beautiful, very bright small apartment absolutely central only 100 meters from the Elisabethkirche with everything that is needed. Cozy double bed with electrically adjustable headboards, complete small kitchen, daylight bathroom - everything new and very clean. Very quiet house in a central location. We rent a modern, bright, 60 m2 apartment in an idyllic location on the outskirts of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and for the morning coffee, the garden invites you with seating, which is directly adjacent to the forest. Even from the large shower, you can sometimes watch a deer in the woods. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front, you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.
