Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.
