The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Exe Estuary sunsets on the balcony (Dog Friendly)

Completely renovated with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields and the River Exe. Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. Completely enclosed garden (Dog & small children safe). I don't charge a cleaning fee. A local host. I'm overwhelmed by the lovely reviews received by my guests.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

This cosy, spacious apartment forms part of The Old Butchers - a large property home to an arts and crafts studio. We are located in the heart of Uffculme, a pretty village with a pub, a café, fish and chip bar and two local shops. The area is great for dog walking, hiking, fishing and cycling with the river Culm close by. Uffculme is close to M5 junction 27 and mid distance between Exeter and Taunton with a nearby rail link at Tiverton Parkway.
