Just across the road from the sea and the beach steps, a couple of metres from the middle of Exmouth esplanade, to the right of the clock tower is our stunning, luxury, 1st floor apartment situated within a large white Victorian seaside townhouse. Our superb sea views are magnificent. Sun pours in through our huge bay window which is almost floor to ceiling and it’s an absolute joy to look at the exceptional view and watch the many varied vessels sail past 40 metres in front of you!

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.

Our cosy, luxury, 1 bedroom annex has just been renovated to offer a comfortable, relaxing and quiet stay for our guests. A 10-15 minute walk to the beach! The annex has its own access door via the sunny courtyard with outdoor seating and lovely views of the Devon hills. There is a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for two.
