Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

Handmade by ourselves this luxury glamping pod offers plenty of space to kick back and relax whether in the king size bed or the outdoor bath. En suite bathroom also contains a large double shower, and no need to worry about getting chilly in the winter with a wood burner for the ultimate cosy night in. Perfectly situated on our working farm just a 10 minute walk from the South West Coast Path on the stunning Jurassic coast near Sidmouth, offering ample opportunity for walking and sea swims.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The dining table converts to a workstation and the contemporary bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!
