The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Tolle Wohn-, Essküche, toller Balkon und ein kleiner Garten überzeugen. Ein Parkplatz am Grunstück kostenfrei vorhanden. Die Lage überzeugt! Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Heurigenbesuche.
