Our newly renovated 90 m² house is quietly located close to the Danube and directly on the bike path. Krems can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The house has a very large living/dining area. A very large bedroom with a double bed and a couch that can be pulled out. There is also a desk in the bedroom. Through the bedroom you can reach the spacious bathroom - including a large rain shower, bathtub, and double sink. The toilet is separate.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft liegt Mitten in Krems. 500m entfernt vom Bahnhof und 400m entfernt vom Stadtzentrum Krems. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze vor dem Haus ,schräg gegenüber oder rund um die grüne Insel gebührenfrei vorhanden. Eine kleine Terrasse zum Verweilen am Krems Fluss schließt das Angebot Ihres Aufenthaltes ab. 5G WLAN!!!

The university is just a few steps away. The apartment has its own garden, but it has not yet been revitalized. The apartment is very nice and stylishly furnished. A cozy new double bed awaits you. Es wartet eine nette Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage ca. 2 km und ca. 80 Höhenmeter von Stein, Kunstmeile, Donau-Uni und der Donau entfernt. Die Wohnung ist optimal für 2-4 Gäste, kann jedoch bis max. 5 Gästen belegt werden. Die Lage im Alauntal, umgeben von Wald und Bach, besticht durch Abgeschiedenheit und den Garten zum Entspannen und Spielen. Leider hat man aktuell nur im Magenta-Netz Handyempfang.
