The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Oasis of well-being in the Wachau

The refuge (we also use this ourselves) invites you to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy. On the first floor, you will find a spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including wine cooler. The double doors open here to the sun terrace with a small natural garden. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. One of the rooms also has a charming gallery as a retreat.

View over Krems / feeling good in difficult times

The apartment Blick View over Krems is located in the most beautiful residential area of Krems, right in the vineyards on the Wachtberg. A south-facing terrace provides sun and tranquility all day with a wonderful view of the Tullner Feld, Göttweig Abbey and Stein. The center can be reached on foot in 6 minutes and the Kunsthalle (art hall) Krems in 24 minutes (6 minutes by car). Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the area.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Susanne and Ernst
