At an altitude of 500 meters, protected by a green setting, it benefits from a splendid view of the lake, the mountains and forests as well as a nice swimming pool, with a beach in natural stone slabs, in a flowery park of 2,000m2. Heated swimming pool open from May to Sept., depending on the weather (C° not guaranteed).

Enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy from this terraced house from our family home. Located in the heights of Sevrier, this fully renovated space consists of a large living room, with a seating area and a large dining room with open plan kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. We share the terrace, barbecue and garden and accept the dog who will get along with ours.
