Serenity and refinement above the lake

Nice new studio, in a quiet area. Very close to the lake. Bike path nearby. Stream and waterfall on the property. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large terrace with lake view. They will also have the option to store (bicycles and/or skis, etc.) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal vantage point to contemplate it at different times of the day or throughout the seasons. Annecy and its amenities are just a short drive away.

Ideally located: 20 minutes from Annecy, 3 minutes from the lake and 5 minutes from paragliding landing and shops. The apartment is 30 m2 and has a parking lot, terrace and private entrance. Refurbished duplex studio. A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding. On the spacious mezzanine you will find a double bed, and on the ground floor a single sofa bed. The exteriors of the house are still waiting to be furnished. The forest and river are in the immediate vicinity for walking.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities or nearby beaches. 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the lakefront by bike, Annecy is only 16 km away (bikes lent for free). Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

Between lake and mountains, located 5 minutes by car from the lake (Duingt beach), our apartment is built in an old farmhouse. It has a capacity of 5 people (max 6 with sofa bed). It is located at 800m of altitude in a typical village of the natural park of Les Bauges. You will find direct access for hiking in the mountains on foot or snowshoeing from the house. It's a peaceful place in the mountains.
