Discover the contemporary refinement of this house in Verthier, 74! The large living room offers a comfortable space, while the two bedrooms and the mezzanine add a touch of elegance. The pretty fully fenced garden completes the package. Lake and bike trails are very close by. A free shuttle to Crest-Voland Cohenoz ski resort is 5 minutes away. Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
