My accommodation is close to the beaches of Lake Annecy and the ski resorts. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll love it for its tranquillity, the view of the mountains and the valley, and its outdoor terrace with barbecue. The place is ideal for those who enjoy cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, swimming and, in winter, for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or Nordic skiing and snowshoeing... Working from home is made easier by a fast Wi-Fi connection (fibre).

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. Rated as a 4* tourist accommodation in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.
