My accommodation is close to the beaches of Lake Annecy and the ski resorts. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll love it for its tranquillity, the view of the mountains and the valley, and its outdoor terrace with barbecue. The place is ideal for those who enjoy cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, swimming and, in winter, for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or Nordic skiing and snowshoeing... Working from home is made easier by a fast Wi-Fi connection (fibre).

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

The owner lives in the cottage above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other tenants or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Small independent and cosy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys a beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cosy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is as sporty as it is relaxing, just a stone's throw from amenities. Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.
