Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im schönen Klinik-Kreuzviertel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind bis in die späten Abendstunden erreichbar. Das Apartment bietet ein Bad mit Dusche, einen Wohn-Schlafraum, eine Tee-Kaffeecke und einen separaten Eingang.

Take it easy at this unique creative getaway. The studio offers plenty of space on 2 levels to unwind. In the lower part, you are directly connected to the cultural landscape. The studio itself displays works by the sculptor Achim Tausch. In the upper area, the Ruhr culture can be felt with its means of transport and the traveling “street art.” This part was used to live the process-oriented part of painting. Occasionally you can still see the traces of the painting.
