You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Charming 60 sqm old building apartment with 3.85 m high ceilings on the ground floor of a 4-family house. The flat has its own house entrance. Quietly located in Mengede/Östrich with very good connections: 2 min. to the A42/A45, 15 min. Walk to the train station (7 min. to Dortmund Hbf). The individually furnished apartment offers a combined kitchen and living room, WiFi, TV (Netflix/Prime). Ideal for business travelers, Ruhr area explorers or stadium visits.

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs. I live in the house myself and will be happy to help you with any questions and further information.

Calling all stork fans and nature lovers! This newly renovated and modern but cozily furnished property is located in the green Schwerte-Geisecke. Surrounded by the Ruhr meadows, on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, you will be able to spend a relaxing time here. As a special highlight, you have a direct view of a stork nest a few meters away. At the right time, the stork couple can be observed here during courtship and breeding.
