New, modern and very bright wooden house for sole use, ideal starting point for adventurous families who want to discover Eastern Switzerland (near Connyland, Lake of Constance, Appenzell, Zurich, Lucerne, Schaffhausen). Quiet location in the center of a small village, 4 km from the Danube Cycle Path. Direct train connection. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides and excursion destinations in the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Switzerland. You can spend cozy hours under old apple trees at the garden house. Spacious 3-room house, 120 sqm

The property is located in an old farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. There is public transport, but a car is an advantage. In a two-minute walk you can reach the bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank. We are child friendly and non-smokers. I do a duck breeding. The ducks are in one of the two gardens.

Sunny room near Titisee

Nice room about 20 m² with bathroom en-suite in Breitnau-Tiefen in the Black Forest. You walk out of the door and you find hiking trails and cross-country skiing. A few minutes away are the lakes Titisee and Schluchsee and ski Lifts as well as Badeparadies Titisee.
