Die ländliche Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 neu gebaut und liegt in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage zwischen München und den Bergen auf einem Bio Bauernhof mit Milchviehbetrieb. Die Wohnung ist klimaneutral und wurde mit viel Liebe und qualitativ hochwertigen Möbeln im ländlichen Stil eingerichtet und befindet sich auf einem Bauernhof. Der Whirlpool mit Bergblick, sowie die Sonnenterrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, gemeinschaftlich mit unseren zweiten Ferienwohnung.

Shopping 300 m, center 20 min, train station 15 min, Munich center 35 km, fairytale forest 300 m, Isar 400 m, ski resorts and hiking 25 km, dogs possible (dog available).

Apartment on the edge of the forest overlooking the Zugspitze

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Zwiesel vacation rental on a country farm

Königsdorf is the ideal destination for short trips. It is 36 km to Munich in the north and only 13 km to the spa town of Bad Tölz in the south. In summer, numerous forest and meadow trails invite you to cycle and hike, as well as the swimming area at Lake Bibi to relax. In winter, hiking is just as impressive and cross-country skiers also get their chance on the groomed trails. Furthermore, the entire area of Königsdorf offers countless sports and leisure activities.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The vacation home "Glasnalm" is located next to the listed Glasnhof in Dürnbach, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. It is very quietly located in the middle of fruit trees and bee colonies, but still very centrally located to shops serving daily needs. Lake Tegernsee is only 2 km away. The Glasnalm was rebuilt from solid wooden beams from 1747 as a small hut true to detail. You have a small, historic cottage with modern comforts.

Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house manner, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the heat out and in winter it is nice and warm. Come in and take a deep breath in this quiet location.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
