Welcome to Tiny Houses Ham "Houten Huisje", our cozy vacation cottage, ideally located in the heart of the cycling and hiking paradise of Limburg. This charming accommodation offers all the comfort you need for a carefree vacation. Our cottage is located at the back of our spacious garden, where peace and privacy are paramount. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and electric heating. We provide towels, shampoo, soap.

The studio is accessible via a separate side entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people). The studio consists of a beautiful open space and is located on the 2nd floor, the former hayloft of our farm. The cozy studio has an equipped kitchenette, a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower, a cozy sitting area with TV and a sofa bed. A maximum of 1 dog is welcome (after mutual consultation) with a €10 cleaning fee.

Welcome! You will enter through a private entrance. Ground floor is the bathroom. The stairs upstairs take you to the studio, with small kitchen. The last part of this hallway is also used by the owner to a limited extent. There is parking for cars, covered parking space for moto/bikes. There is a large garden. Children can also enjoy themselves in our beautiful treehouse with slider, swing,... There is also a covered terrace with lounge set where you can relax.

Many bicycle and walking routes. You can rent 2 electric mountainbikes!

The cottage in our garden has been renovated in a unique way with as many materials and furniture recovered as possible. The furniture changes regularly and is also for sale! It is an open space with separate bathroom and toilet. The sleeping area can be closed with a curtain.
