Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. Welcome to our cosy accommodation in the beautiful Rems Valley! THE perfect base for exploring Stuttgart, but also our wine region. You can reach the S-Bahn to the city in just 10 minutes on foot. You will live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with your own entrance and a small terrace, far away from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (3 and 7 years old).

The apartment is located right next to the bus stop and there is a bus service to the airport, which is only 12 minutes away by car. There are also a couple of cafés and supermarkets in the area. The apartment has a modern look and is fully furnished. The bedroom is cozy and linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine and other appliances.

This 1-room apartment with a very quiet location in Hochdorf is accessible through a separate entrance.
