The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

A base for your visit to Alsace

The accommodation, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, is located on the mezzanine of our residential house. The entrance is independent and can be done via a key box for self check-in. You have more than 50 m2 composed of a living room/kitchen, an independent bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 and bunk beds 80 x 170), separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Guests can enjoy an outdoor space. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Welcome to our brand new apartment. It has two floors. In the lower area there is a sleeping, living, dining, kitchen and sanitary area. In the upper part there is a sleeping and working area. Small maisonette house with a large balcony with seating. Quiet location. On the first floor there are bedrooms with a double bed. On the second floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bed. Europa Park Rust is about 15 km away and Strasbourg is 30 km away. Bed linen and bath towels (meaning pillowcase, duvet covers...) are included in the price!!!
