Charming penthouse in the heart of the historic center with panoramic terrace, 5 min. walk to the sea and only 3 min. to the station. Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It offers guests a bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet, kitchen decorated with majolica tiles, antique sideboards and antique dining table, living room with exposed beams, fireplace and study corner. Vivi Chiavari da una posizione perfetta! Siamo in pieno centro, a pochi minuti a piedi da lungomare , spiaggia e zona pedonale con negozi e ristoranti tipici. Ideale per chi cerca una vacanza al mare ma anche per chi lavora da remoto: ampia scrivania e Wi-fi. A soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, punto di partenza per esplorare le meraviglie della Liguria: Genova, Portofino, Cinque Terre... It is an attic of 50 square meters in the historic center of Chiavari, five minutes walk from the sea and the railway station, bright and with a beautiful view open on the four cardinal points thanks to the balconies created in the roof. Completely renovated in the first months of 2017, it is suitable for couples, families with children, friends: in fact both the bed and the sofa bed in the hall can be used as single beds or become comfortable double beds.
