Ideally located on the hill of Morrona,this landscape affords unique views over the hills near Pisa,put us in direct contact with a calm nature and gives us a wonderful spectacle of the fascinating and surprising course of seasons. "Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The listing is located in a fairly central area and close to the sea. In fact, you can easily reach both destinations on foot. Also a few minutes away you will find the "Venezia" district where you can enjoy typical restaurants and taste all the specialties of Tuscan cuisine.
