The sea, 1.5 km from the sea and the countryside, compete around the Cecina River, 400 m away: Beautiful walks along the banks will make you happy. Bus 30 m away, train station 10 min walk. 1st: Living room with 1 balcony, fireplace, open-plan kitchen, coffee machine, two sofa beds (2 and 1), 1 bathroom with shower, bedroom with 1 double bed, dressing room, air conditioning. 2nd: attic, 1 single bed, terrace. Wi-Fi, TV, Parking. Digital piano (on request)

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Open space surrounded by nature

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

Villa with private descent to the sea Castiglioncello

Independent villa surrounded by the greenery of a park with private access to the sea. The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was completely renovated and refurbished last year, including most of the furniture. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars.

Small apartment immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Ten minutes from the Etruscan Coast. Sea view. To spend a stay full of privacy and relaxation, but with all the attractions of the area just a short walk from here. Your small furry friends are welcome. From here there are many hiking trails and e-bike trails to discover the evocative landscapes of our beautiful area. Excellent typical restaurants and wineries!!! Have a great stay!
