Beautiful family apartment with pool

The apartment has been completely renovated, we thought of it as our home. From the balcony overlooking the park, the swimming pool and the residence's tennis court with a view of the Dolomites. There is a large private parking lot in front of the apartment, a game room and at the entrance of the residence there is a supermarket, a sports center with gym, a bar and a children's playroom. There is a bike path a stone's throw from the house and a huge pine forest. The ski slopes are 1 km away.

We offer a luminous and spacious apartment recently renewed that is part of a quiet and splendid villa. The villa is strategically located in Baselga del Bondone at only 10 minutes from Trento, 40 minutes from Bolzano, 30 minutes from Riva del Garda and about 1 hour from Verona. The village is immersed in nature very close to wonderful lakes, mountains and cities. Here you can relax on the terrace, enjoy the bbq and the large colourful garden. Located 10 minutes walk from Carisolo’s village centre and 3 minutes drive from the the closest ski lifts this apartment is ideally located for both summer and winter breaks in the Dolomites. Beautiful spacious wooden attic, with 3 bedrooms. Huge living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher. 2 bathrooms (washing machine), 3 terraces.
