Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway in the pretty village of Llanblethian. Beautiful view directly opposite property of a castle gatehouse and grounds. Self contained space all to yourselves , within walking distance of cowbridge shops and restaurants. Lovely light sumptuous studio to relax in comfort

My home is in the lovely Westend area of Barry, a leafy suburb 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and coastline. It’s a large Victorian house built in 1869 and retains its period features. For Glastonbarry fans we are 5 mins walk to Romilly Park where the fabulous festival is situated. GAVIN & STACEY FANS we are 10min walk The open plan studio is a self-contained area with its own entrance just through the shared front door It’s a mixture of the old period features and modern luxury

Relaxing stylish studio located on the mountain with picturesque walks on your doorstep. The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden. Please note this is part of our home so ideal for relaxing, walkers/cyclists or couples who want to relax but not to party, loud music etc, we respect our neighbours and therefore our quiet hours are 10pm- 6am. The hot tub is only available until 9.30pm and only quiet music. *No pets*

It comprises a kitchen/living room/diner with high ceiling, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. Modern, light and airy guest studio with living area, en suite with walk in shower. Good location, 20 minutes walk to Penarth Rail Station and town centre with it’s restaurants, shops and public houses. It is also close to bus links and only 10 minutes walk to the Penarth seafront and cliffs. Cardiff is only 15 minutes away by train. There is a small convenience store within 5 minutes walk, the nearest public house is only a 10 minute walk.
