The art of Indian homecooking
Don’t let COVID-19 stop you from travelling to India. Find it right here in my little home in London. So far, I have hosted over 500 guests from all around the world (over 25 countries). I have celebrated birthdays with them, shared beautiful conversations and unforgettable moments with them. It will be a small group, so we will all do the cooking together, like a bunch of friends in an Indian kitchen! The experience will take place at my private kitchen! INTRODUCTION TO SPICES We will learn about ‘Garam Masala’. And no, it’s not just “curry powder”. It’s the basis of understanding individual spices. I will teach you how to blend them to *your* taste. We will create a blend together! INTRODUCTION TO CURRY A basic (yet full of flavour) curry lesson, and here I will teach you how this basic recipe can turn from a healthy weekday meal into a weekend feast. MAGIC OF THE INDIAN KITCHEN We will learn about making homemade things like yoghurt, or paneer, or ghee (it’s much better/cheaper than buying it off the shelf AND IT IS MAGIC). I will also show you a magic trick of how to make amazing rice. THE FEAST We will feast on what we cook!

Loch Ness & Highlands guided tour from Edinburgh
Loch Ness is one of the most desired locations for travellers in Scotland to visit, and for good reason. On your Loch Ness, Glencoe and the Scottish Highlands guided day tour you’ll have the chance of taking a boat trip and hunting for Nessie, taking a short hike in the Scottish Highlands, seeing gorgeous waterfalls, marvelling at the rugged grandeur of Glencoe and experiencing many of the marvels that help make Scotland and the Highlands one of the most amazing places on earth. You’ll be departing from Edinburgh, travelling north into the Scottish Highlands, towards the town of Fort Augustus and Loch Ness. You’ll continue along the winding highland roads, until the spectacular landscape of Rannoch Moor. It’s an expanse of boggy moorland, once home to Caledonian Pine Forests of yesteryear. It's now onto the grandeur of the famous Glencoe mountains and the turbulent history that goes along with them. Loch Ness and Nessie the Loch Ness monster aren’t too far off. You’ll make your way through the outdoor capital of the Highlands, Fort William and progress north to the famous banks of Loch Ness, where mystery, folklore, mythical or actual creatures await. Now it’s time to travel east towards the Cairngorms National Park. Your guide will then take you further south, through Blair Athol, Pitlochry and Dunkeld where you can revel in the beauty of waterfalls and crashing rivers.
