Charming mountain cottage with fireplace

Gîte in Cantal at the foot of Puy Mary and 15 minutes from Salers, one of the most beautiful villages in France. The cottage is located in Lesmaronies in the municipality of Saint Paul de Salers on a large wooded park. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed and the other with a 140 cm double bed, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher, garage, outdoor barbecue, garden furniture.

Maison en pierre , authentique et chaleureuse , sur 3 niveaux , jardin, cuisine d'été. Pouvant accueillir 8 personnes ,3 gdes chbres ( lits king size ) et 1 plus petite ( lit 140 ) 2 sdb, billard, coin jeux enfant...Facile d'accès via l'A75 , 1h de Clermont Fd ,2h de Montpellier, entre Lozère et Cantal. Parfait pour les amoureux d'activités de pleine nature, randonnée, baignade, proche station de ski Lioran. Recharge voiture électrique non autorisée.

The village not only has a rich heritage, located on the shores of Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès on the Espinet peninsula, it is also endowed with rich nature, there are many activities to do nearby: Pers karting (4 km), adventure course, tree climbing, Himalayan walkways, hiking trails, pedal boat rental, jet ski, paddle... Seasonal rental from July to September. 500 m from the lake, for 6 people on the 1st floor of the owner's house with lake view.
