Appartement complet situé au rez de chaussé, dans une petite résidence paisible. Wifi fibre, TV avec accès Netflix. Stationnement pratique au pied de l'immeuble. Quartier très calme. Commerces et gare à proximité. Dans Murat même, une jolie petite cité de caractère. Favorablement situé près des monts du Cantal (Le plomb,Puy Mary,départ GR) à seulement 10 minutes de la station de ski du Lioran,desservi par navettes, bus, trains. Pour les amoureux de la nature. Ski,vélo,randonnées au rendez vous.

Holiday rental of 50 m² pleasant to live, located in a small village with beautiful stones in the middle of a very green nature. We have a grocery store with bread depot, an excellent restaurant. Numerous signposted trails, electric bike rental, possibility of electric pedal boarding you have beautiful rivers, visit museums and castles.
